The CSB's strategic plan will serve as a roadmap between FY 2018 and FY 2020. Strategic planning is an ongoing process, and this three-year plan is designed to evolve with the needs of the people we serve and the agency. Strategic planning is future-oriented, proactive and can be adapted as new priorities emerge. Evaluation and performance measurement are key to the success of the strategic plan. The plan will be reviewed and evaluated annually, and data will be tracked and reported to demonstrate progress toward our strategic goals.
